Built for Clear Guidance
M&X Engineering is a PANYNJ-certified MBE firm providing transportation planning and traffic engineering services throughout the New York metropolitan area. The firm specializes in providing high quality of traffic design, engineering support, traffic analysis and simulation.
As a co-founder and principal, Stephen Mao, PE, brings over 20 years of experience in traffic and highway design. His expertise includes airport roadway and frontage design, MPT design, roadside safety appurtenance design, traffic signal design, and traffic signage and pavement marking design.
As a co-founder and principal, Cheng Xu, PE, PTOE, also brings 20 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering. His specialties include traffic analysis, traffic simulation, construction traffic assessment and mitigation, and traffic data collection management.
